Running FreeBSD 7.0 disks that are exported as JBOD on a 3ware 9650SE-24M8 controller (possibly other 3wares too) do not show up in FreeBSD.
Raid Arrays created in the controller do show up as da[0-?]
Have verified that JBOD disks do show up to CentOS distros w/ same controller.

Have tried disabling onboard sata controller on motherboard to see if it makes a difference but it doesn't change anything.
dmesg output attached.
