Server is a Proliant DL585 G1, 4 dual core 2.2GHZ AMD opterons, 32GB RAM

Approximately every 20 days, the server will panic without warning. Load seems to have no bearing on the problem. Output from panic below.

Then upon attempting to restart, the following error shows up:
ciss0: adapter refuses to accept config update (IDBR 0x1). This may happen once, or several times. Cold boots have no effect on this.

Message seen when the system panics:
