Hi,
currently the multimedia/x264 installs a libx264.so library in /usr/local/lib that is not linked against libpthread although it uses symbols from this library.
>How-To-Repeat:
Simply link something against that library without (directly or indirectly) linking libpthread.
>Fix:
Link the library with libpthread, should be a one-liner fix in one of the x264 Makefiles.
