Kernel Panic related to mount/umount

yes we -require- more information from you.

If your machine panics, you might get enough information with a debugging
kernel and options, to get a good kernel dump which we can analyse.

Please checkout

and follow the instructions listed there.

Without it; this is unresolvable.
