this is one of the sort being hard to give any hints, as at least some
information is needed. Can you try and check your RAM using memtest
and see if RAM is bad?
If that has been checked, I suggest you to grab a live-cd (try 7.0
livefs CD also FreeSBIE - still on 6.x - might do it for you) and
check whether it will boot fine. Try running sysinstall from the
live-cd. If it will abort, please provide the exact error message.
Also please try to grab a verbose boot dmesg and post it. This may
require you to have a live cd and a USB stick (boot from live cd,
mount USB memory stick and put output of `dmesg -a', `pciconf -lv',
`devinfo -rv' onto the memory stick).
Also show us output of `fdisk'.
Please post all infos but first make sure, your RAM is fine.
Did you experience same trouble with 6.3?
If nothing helps, you can try to take as much hardware out of the box
as possible and see if the fault does not occour anymore. I really
suspect it being a hardware fault.
