>Description:
When we upload a file to the ftpd server on the machine, the time stamp of the file on the machine is correct. The system time of the machine is also correct. But when we use any ftp client (freebsd ftp, filezilla, net2ftp, Microsoft Windows command line ftp), the ftp client shows a different time stamp -- one that is 8 hours ahead -- i.e. GMT0. The time on our machine is PST (GMT-6).

I cannot find anything in man ftpd on how to configure time zone for ftpd.

Thank you.

>How-To-Repeat:
it seems to happen only on this 6.2 machine.
