I updated net/yaz and net/pecl-yaz to their latest versions. I am a newbie at this and would appreciate "light" feedback how to share my changes/updates. I'd be also willing to maintain those ports because I am using them anyway. :)

I hope I read all appropriate sections in the porter's handbook, ran all tests (make install, make package, make deinstall, ... and portslint) and they all run - only warning is to add another MASTER_SITE, which I will look into.
