The header file /usr/include/a.out.h still has the 4 clause BSD license, while according to ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/pub/4bsd/README.Impt.License.Change and many other header files, the 3rd clause should be removed.
Read /usr/include/a.out.h
Remove clause 3.
