[HEADSUP] the problem with duplicate PRs should now be fixed

For a short period of time while the GNATS host was migrated to new hardware,
there were two instances of GNATS running. It was random which machine
grabbed a PR and processed it.

I have now migrated all of the PRs that the "old" machine grabbed, to
the new machine. Note that they will _not_ have the same PR numbers
that were acknowledged to you the first time.

The date range and bogus PR numbers for the ones seized by "nosedive" (the
"old" machine) are:

                      wrong data new data

The ones that made it through to the _new_ "freefall" don't need fixing,
despite the number overlap.

Here are the summaries cross-referenced to the _new_ numbers:

Hopefully this is a one-time event.

Note: please _don't_ respond to the original ones, if you can help it. It
will just make the bugmeisters cry.
