Network Card Intel EtherExpress PRO/100(B), fxp driver, ifconfig fxp* down-up problem

I'm have problems in a server FreeBSD 6.1 with 4 network cards Intel 
EtherExpress PRO/100(B). Frequent the communication freeze, "ifconfig 
fxp* down-up" to come back.
Exists a solution for this?
