Synopsis: Need to get daylight savings time patch for Freebsd 3.x,4.x,5.x

Install the latest version of the misc/zoneinfo port and then run tzsetup
to update /etc/localtime.  Alterntivly upgrade to 4-STABLE or a supported
release.

Note that the PR system is not the correct place for support questions.
The freebsd-questions mailing list would be a better choice in the
future.
