bin/44122: tun0 gets a second ip adress after a disconnect

 I have seen this lately on a 6.2-MUMBLE box.
 I guess it is most likely a ppp IPCP bug that happens under special
 circumstances but I cannot run ppp with full debugging for a longer
 time on that box and it only happens every some weeks.
