kern/83765: [aha] Adaptec 1542-CP requires plug-and-play switch setting

Would it tell you anything useful if I tried it on 6.1, or was there a 
change specific to 6.2 that you think might solve the problem?  My 6.2 
system doesn't have an ISA slot, but I have a PC-BSD box I could pop the 
card into for a quick test.
