The new PR I submitted just showed up in the PR list as 112160. 'misc' is incorrect (should be 'kern') and severity also wrong (should be 'serious', maybe critical). It may even need to be merged with 86261 since the problems are similar. I'm not sure why my phrase search didn't work earlier. Maybe the system was too busy.
