second SATA drive does not get detected after upgrade 6.1 - 6.2

Hi Remko,

In attach the pciconf and dmesg logs.

Both the 6.1 OK and the 6.2 FAIL logs are added.

Can you do a verbose boot and a pciconf -vl for us please?
