>Description:
My system uses the VIA VT8237A chipset. Currently one SATA drive is attached.

My RELENG_6_1 installation works fine. The hard drive is healthly and tested.

After updating to RELENG_6 (10/26/2006), the system hangs on the boot process, with the following errors:
		ad4: error issuing READ_DMA command
ad4: timeout waiting to issue command
		ad4: error issuing WRITE_DMA command
ad4: timeout waiting to issue command

	My hard drive:
		ad4: 76319MB <SAMSUNG HD080HJ/P ZH100-41>
>How-To-Repeat:
Update to RELENG_6 on a machine that uses the VIA VT8237A chipset; compile and install the new kernel.
