There was a bug report and fix for the 5.x kernel. but nothing has been done with the 6.x kernel.

As the libalias module has completely changed in the 6.x kernel the 5.x workaround no longer applies.

Enable natd on the firewall/router. Have a client connect to IRC. Download a
piece of a file. Now try to download the rest of the file with a RESUME.
