misc/97682: apache 2.2.2 does not start

 You should read /usr/ports/UPDATING.
 If you use mod_php4, you should enable "Build Apache module" option or
 build with "WITH_APACHE=1" when you build lang/php4.
 /usr/local/libexec/apache22/libphp4.so is not a part of www/apache22.
 It can be installed by lang/php4.
 Only a file of $PREFIX/etc/apache22/httpd.conf is checked about libphp4,
 but other files are not checked when updating lang/php4.
