Trying to copy a large file (20GB), from an NTFS volume, instantly results in a 0byte file at the destination, whether you're using cp or dd.

Mount an NTFS volume with a large (don't know how large) file on it. Try to copy the file to another destination, with either cp or dd. It won't work.
