kern/97174: [umass] Y-E DATA USB-FDU quirk: no synchronize cache

Hello,

Wouldn't it be better to just disable DA_Q_NO_SYNC_CACHE on all devices
that use UFI? UFI simply does not support cache sync, so all quirk
entries for UFI devices is a little redundant.
