kern/97527: bge driver shows "no carrier" on IBM Blade 8843L1U

I solved this issue.  It seems that the BGE driver
simply will not work with this DLink switch.  Both the
IBM rebranded switches (current and the older model)
did not work.  I replaced the switch with a switch
from another vendor and the driver showed the link.
