Actually, it is not a correct behaviour and I fail to see how it
correlates with MINFREE:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Capacity Mounted on
/dev/ad0s2e 496M -36K 456M -0% /tmp
Btw, fsck doesn't have -m key. Do you mean newfs?
