Update the port to fix a security problem

Display a message about the End-of-Life (in Makefile.fp.common) for the www/frontpage, www/mod_frontpage*rtr, and */frontpage-* language ports.

Fix support for the Frontpage Extensions to work on the FreeBSD/amd64
  NOTE: libcrypt.so.2 is missing from the misc/compat4x ports
