>Description:
If I want to use pppctl to control a ppp connection, only
localhost can connect in the standard build. Only, when I
	rebuild ppp with make-option NO_INET6 access via tcp/ip V4
is allowed. This is quite a hassle because at each upgrade of
the system I need some time to notice the error and to apply
	the fix again.
>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:

Probably an option to set the server address to a specific
	IP-address is needed.
