	At http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/anoncvs.html,
	anoncvs.FreeBSD.org is listed as a mirror for accessing the FreeBSD
	source repository. Upon attempting to access said mirror, it is
	apparent that it is not available to serve the repository.
>How-To-Repeat:
	cvs -d:ext:freebsdanoncvs at anoncvs.FreeBSD.org:/home/ncvs co [anything]
	Cannot access /home/ncvs/CVSROOT
	No such file or directory

>Fix:
	Temporarily remove said server from the list of mirrors and / or speak
	with maintainer to have the mirror reinstantiated. The following patch
	removes it from the handbook listing.
