The machine hangs and is unresponsive.

On the console a lot messages similar to:

[..]
mpt0: Request 0xffffffff89b966d8 Timed out.
mpt0: Request 0xffffffff89b962e8 Timed out.
mpt0: Request 0xffffffff89b974a0 Timed out.
mpt0: Request 0xffffffff89b960a8 Timed out.
mpt0: Request 0xffffffff89b96d08 Timed out.
mpt0: Request 0xffffffff89b96de0 Timed out.
mpt0: Timedout requests already complete. Interrupts may not be functioning.
[..]

The hardware is Sun V20z (Dual Opteron Machine) running
FreeBSD 6.0/amd64 using a SMP GENERIC kernel (save different ident).

I have geom-mirror enabled on the box. The problem appeared only
after the geom-mirror was created.

Currently I cannot access the machine, because over the holidays
no one is there to reset it. :)

I will enable kernel-debugging features when I have access
agin.
