When a Netware filesystem is mounted, the files in the share are sometimes accessible, and sometimes inaccessible, at random.  This makes it impossible to know if you have ever seen all of the files in the share, and also impossible to predict the behaviour of copying files from the share.

$ mount | grep nwfs
/NWSERVER:ADMIN/DATA on /mnt/nwfs (nwfs)

Netware filesystem is mounted...

$ cd /mnt/nwfs
$ du -sh .
 16K    .
$ du -sh .
482M    .
$ du -sh .
 73M    .
$ du -sh .
 96K    .

Many different reported disk usages for the same directory!!
