Synopsis: [ntfs] Write capability for ntfs filesystems does not work at all.

If you refer to the mount_ntfs manual page you will see the
following:

WRITING
     There is limited writing ability.  Limitations: file must be nonresident
     and must not contain any sparces (uninitialized areas); compressed files
     are also not supported.  The file name must not contain multibyte charac-
     ters.

If your files are outside of that scope, writing will not work (as you can
see). Closing this PR since this is documented..
