 as I understand the author of sysutils/jailer this tool is
 deprecated for at least FreeBSD 5.1 and newer.  Also methods for
 starting/stopping single jails exists in the base system
 within /etc/rc.d/jail since beginning of 2004.  
 
 This pr can be closed.
