Yes. This is still a critical problem on 5.3-RELEASE. How can we change
this from 'feedback' state back to 'open'?

I was unable to get a dump because of another bug (kern/45777 sorta, but
more like, I have a 1024MB swap partition, and the dump was 1023MB, "too
large"). However, I am open to trying patches, to help get this old bug
fixed.
