We have a Digi AccelePort Xem (PCI) with two Digi PORTS/Xem 16-port RS-232 RJ-45 concentrators. 

One the first concentrator in the chain is recognised. Both concentrators work fine when they are #1 in the chain. We can only use the 16 ports of the first concentrator.
