      The D-Link DWL-G630 (Revision C) is an Atheros AR5211 based cardbus wireless card. The card does not function with ath(4) and requires the use of ndis(4).

      Use a Revision C or D DWL-G630 (early revisions of this card are not Atheros based)

      I'm hopeful that it's a matter of updating ath-hal but I really don't have a fix and don't know enough to come up with one.
