FreeBSD fw.teknetwork.net 5.4-RELEASE FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE #0: Sun Jun 26 20:29:37 EEST 2005     root at fw.fooo.net:/usr/src/sys/i386/compile/aboy-20050610  i386

>Description:
When installing vpopmail on ports, as configuration below;

make PREFIX=/mail WITH_CLEAR_PASSWD=yes WITH_MYSQL=yes LOGLEVEL=y WITH_MYSQL_PASSWD=2342343 WITH_MYSQL_USER=vpopmail WITH_MYSQL_LIMITS=yes WITH_DOMAIN_QUOTAS=yes

(also PREFIX line is uncommented in Makefile with...)

error ocurred and messages are :

/usr/sbin/chown -R vpopmail:vchkpw /mail/vpopmail/bin/ /mail/vpopmail/etc/
chown: /mail/vpopmail/bin/: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Beacause 'bin' dir installed to "/mail/vpopmail/vpopmail/bin" directory.

Also head of configuration output is :

           vpopmail 5.4.10
            Current settings
---------------------------------------

vpopmail directory = /mail/vpopmail/vpopmail
               uid = 89
               gid = 89
     roaming users = ON  --enable-roaming-users
    tcpserver file = /mail/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp
    open_smtp file = /mail/vpopmail/vpopmail/etc/open-smtp

In the "/usr/ports/mail/vpopmail/work/vpopmail-5.4.10/Makefile" file,
'vpopmaildir' variable is assigned to "/mail/vpopmail/vpopmail".

it must be "/mail/vpopmail/"..

Not: Ports updated yesterday..
