Well, I will just butt in here where I am not invited and say
I am surprised at your response about talking less sharp. I don't
see much in Greg's post that would considered sharp or angry. He
was mostly telling you how to do a better job of posting your questions
and the type of information that would be helpful in giving an answer.

Those comments are intended to be helpful to you and have nothing to
do with being angry.

Of course, some of the lines were a bit short, probably because the
same comments have been made on this list and others practically every
day in the last several years (such things as breaking lines, using
plain ASCII character sets, etc). These suggestions make it easier
for volunteer people with little extra time to waste on hard to read
posts to respond to your questions.

There was possibly only one surprising piece and that was, in the face of
so frequent requests to send more information, the request not to send
the config file, etc could be a bit confusing and surprising. But,
they do add a lot of bulk to the message. At least put those thing at
the bottom of the post so the reader can read the question and then
look through the other output and config to find the extra needed
information rather than having to scan past large volumes of stuff
to discover the main questions.

These are all reasonable requests.
