Put 3com megahertz 10/100 cardbus NIC to slot
configure vlan device and all working fine.
After task before down and destroy vlan interface
I detach NIC from laptop and computer continue work ok.
After all from interested motives I try to look vlan interface
this is destroied after detach cardbus NIC :):):)
and computer *TOTALY FREEZE* without any message or kernel event

ifconfig xl0 up
ifconfig vlan0 vlan <tag> vlandev xl0
ifconfig vlan0 192.168.1.2
..... some task and after all detach NIC from cardbus
ifconfig vlan0 -> TOTALY FREEZE laptop :):):):):)

Before detach NIC 
destroy vlan interface and after all detach card ;)
