	I have the following cdr writer: RICOH CD-R/RW MP7200A/1.30
	When I burn a cd with burncd for the first time everything works fine.
	However when I try to record another CD I get the following error
	messages:

	kernel: acd1: FAILURE - WRITE_BIG MEDIUM ERROR asc=0x64 ascq=0xc0 error=0
	kernel: acd1: FAILURE - TEST_UNIT_READY ILLEGAL REQUEST asc=0x72 ascq=0x04 error=0
	**

	and burncd exits with the following error message:

	writing from file new.iso size 716956 KB

	Input/output error

	fixating CD, please wait..
	**

	This is defenately not due to a broken CDR.

>How-To-Repeat:
	sudo burncd -s max -e -f /dev/acd1 data <filename>.iso fixate

>Fix:
	If I do the following everything works fine again:

	sudo camcontrol reset all
