>Description:
Under graphics environments keyboard layouts czech, czech_qwerty, slovak, slovak_qwerty are able to write central european characters by pressing one key or using deadkey+character. Deadkey for accent "’" works correctly (eg. [=]+[a] makes "á"), but deadkey for wedge "ˇ" is missing or not works. Usually deadkey is placed as "+", i.e. [SHIFT]+[=] and allows to write characters "ď" (d with hook), "ň" and "ť" (or "ř" on SK keyb) that are not present in cz/sk keyboard layuot.

>How-To-Repeat:
simply add czech and/or czech_qwerty keyboard layout (setxkbmap -model pc105 -layout cz_qwerty -variant basic) and try to write ď Ď ň Ň ť Ť or any other character that using wedge (ľĽ ěščřž ĚŠČŘŽ)
