Creating a deprecated IPv6 address using the (undocumented) deprecated keyword to ifconfig is ineffective.

Workaround: use the (undocumented) construct 'pltime 0'
ifconfig <interface> inet6 <address> deprecated

Note that that the address is not marked as deprecated
