However, if I then start X, I can see following entries in dmesg

and the USB stick LED turns off. If I attach umass device while
running X, it's not detected.
(The drm errors are appears every time I run X, but I have no idea
whether the usb problem might be somehow related to this).
Quiting X and kldunload radeon doesn't help to reattach the umass.
