FreeBSD 5.3 crashes

Ok, I updated my bios on Shuttle SN85G4 and after that ifconfig started 
to cause fatal traps, page faults and not so welcome stuff that crashes 
server.
I booted in as singleuser and found out that it does it with nge0 
interface and nv0 interface, lo seems being fine.
System I'm using is FreeBSD5.3-RELEASE AMD64.
ACPI is on and controlling fans and stuff, no change if ACPI is disabled.

Any ideas?
