	The logo screensaver kills compaq consoles. As soon as it is activated,
        the console becomes unusable. Symptoms are "frozen character
        columns as well as blinking strange characters and other oddities.
	another sympton is that the logo screensaver itself does not work, the 
	screen just goes black instead

	the same console and screensaver works just fine on the same hardware 
 	under FreeBSD 4.9-RELEASE (have not tested 4.10 yet)

	aside from that the machine remains fully functional.
>How-To-Repeat:
	install 5.2.1 on a compaq ML370 (G1) with RI board. Configure "logo"
	screesaver on text console. wait.
>Fix:
	uninstall 5.2.1. Install 4.9 :-/
