    During installation of gnome 2.4.1 from ports, installation of dockbook-xml and docbook-sk fails with:
  xmlcatmgr: entry already exists for `/usr/local/share/xml/docbook/4.2/docbook.cat' of type `CATALOG'

All ports except for ksh93, cvsup, cvsup-without_gui, portupgrade, lynx
and dependent ports were removed prior to the installation of gnome2
