 	No it shouldn't.  It says to run the command "-l" on "host"
 	with arguements "user cvs server"
 
 	This isn't Linux with its broken getopt() implementation.
 
 	Note: the other half of the #ifdef/#else/#endif gets the
 	arguement list correct.
