While booting with a msdos partition is the /etc/fstab, fsck -a calls
for fsck_msdos which has been move to fsck_msdosfs.

Add a msdos partition to /etc/fstab or use fsck to check a dos partition.

Make a symlink for fsck_msdosfs -> fsck_msdos in /sbin or change fsck.c.
