i386/37243: dvd rom - ata0-slave: identify retries exceeded

 This bug (closed by So/ren) still shows up in both 4.8-Stable as well as 5.1-Release.
 Drive not found is DVD-RW NEC1300A. Please re-investigate.
 
 Data from 4.8-Stable follows, similiar output is generated when booting 5.1-R:
