kern/42030: panic when zebra works on detaching tun interface

 The following was posted to the quagga-users mailing list on 9/9/2003
 regarding this bug.  (quagga is the sucessor to Zebra and uses zebra as it's
 codebase)  Recommend this PR be closed and the submitter be referred to
 the Zebra/Quagga author, as this bug is obviously an application problem,
 not a kernel problem.

 I have the same problem, with a linux 2.4.21 (a debian) with vtund and
 ospfd running. Sometimes, when I shutdown a tunnel, ospfd crashes.
