i386/40274: "fxp: device timeout" errors during heavy, sustained network activity

   I've faced with the same problem on 4.8-RELEASE
 
   fxp0 is Intel Pro 10/100B/100+ Ethernet
   
   I've tried 3 different options:
   no SMP with device_polling
   no SMP without device_polling
   SMP without device_polling
 
   Each configuration gives device timeout on high packet flow.
