need help in bad partition table

to whom it may concern:

i am a student from the Philippines and i recently installed freebsd 5.1 in my computer and it altered the partition table of my hard drive. i can no longer access my logical partitions right after but i am able to boot into the primary dos partition. any help in restoring my hard drive would be greatly appreciated and attached with this is my partition information report. thanks.
