bin/59078: [patch] Fix greek support in sysinstall and INDEX.keymaps

Hi Kris, I've committed many of these sorts fo fixes before, but I
don't like assigning them to re@ because I think it discourages others
from working on them.  It may give the impression that there is
something contraversial about the change that only re@ can resolve.

In the past many people have assigned sysinstall bugs to qa at . I think
that works well, because we often get fixes from members on that list
who aren't committers. If you want you can CC me or re@ to still bring
it to our immediate attention, but without precluding others from
committing the fix before one of us gets to it.
