this is a f'up to kern/58139:
It appears a general problem with PCI irq assignment, sharing
or irq routing.
In the BIOS Menu, I can change the irq assigned to the various
PCI intpins: INTA - INTH (8 pins).
By default all pins are assigned the _same_ irq 11.
Now I changed this to
INTA: 9
INTB: 10
INTC: 11
INTD: 11
INTE: 11
INTF: 11
INTG: 11
INTH: 11
With this setting, the system boots as follows, and it is possible
to use the NICs:
